1. What Solaris Builder does

Solaris Builder lets you describe an app in plain words and uses artificial intelligence (AI) to build it. You can preview, change, export and publish the apps you build. Published apps get a web address on solarisapp.in.

AI can make mistakes. Always check that an app works the way you need before you rely on it, especially for money, health, legal or safety matters.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, give a working email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your content and your apps

You own the ideas, text, data and apps you create. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show them so the service works — for example to build your app, run your preview and serve your published app.

If your published app collects information from other people (customers, patients, students), you decide what it collects and you are responsible for it, including getting their consent and following the law. We store and serve that data for you.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Solaris Builder or apps built with it to: break any law; collect passwords, card details or other sensitive data under false pretences (phishing); impersonate a person, brand or government body; spread malware, spam or scams; host sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hatred; infringe someone else's copyright or trademark; or attack, overload or probe our systems or other people's.

We may remove content, unpublish apps or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice where needed to protect people. Report abuse to info@teknosage.in.

5. AI credits, plans and payments

Building and changing apps uses AI credits. Free accounts receive a monthly allowance; you can buy more credits or a plan pass. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees before you pay, and payments are processed by Razorpay.

Plan passes last the number of days shown when you buy them and do not renew automatically. Credits you buy do not expire while your account is open. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You can also connect your own AI provider key. Usage on your own key is billed to you by that provider, not by us.

6. Limits and availability

Plans have limits, such as the number of published apps and the amount of data per app. We work to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Keep your own copies of anything important — you can export apps and their data at any time.

7. Liability

Solaris Builder is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Solaris Builder at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to info@teknosage.in. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its published apps are taken offline.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change is important we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Raipur have jurisdiction.
