For shops & traders who give credit

Your udhaar khata, digital and made the way you keep it

Every shop gives credit, and every notebook gets messy. Describe how you give udhaar and Solaris builds a credit book app that shows each customer's balance, full history, and who hasn't paid in a long time.

  • Free monthly AI credits
  • No card needed
  • Hindi & Hinglish welcome

Also called: digital khata book · customer credit ledger · udhar khata app · baki ka hisab app

Just say it

Type it like this — in English or Hinglish

One description is enough to get a working first version. Change anything afterwards by chatting.

In English
“Build an udhaar khata app for my shop. Customers have name, phone and area. I add entries when I give goods on credit and when they pay, with date, amount and a note. Show each customer's balance, the total outstanding, and customers who haven't paid anything in 30 days.”

In Hinglish
“Meri dukaan ke liye udhaar khata app banao. Har customer ka naam, phone, kitna udhaar diya aur kitna wapas aaya — balance apne aap calculate ho, aur jinhone 30 din se kuch nahi diya unki list alag dikhe.”

Why it helps

Made for the way you actually work

Balances always right

Every “gave” and “got” entry updates the customer's balance instantly — no adding up pages at night.

See who to follow up with

Customers sorted by amount due and by days since their last payment.

Full history in seconds

Open any customer to see every entry with date and note — handy when there's a disagreement.

Your fields, not a generic app

Add what your business needs — village, vehicle number, guarantor, credit limit — just by asking.

What's inside

What your app can include

These are the screens and details owners usually ask for. Keep what you need, drop what you don't, and add your own — Solaris builds exactly what you describe.

Prefer a ready start? Try the Udhaar khata (credit book) template.

  • Customers with name, phone, area and credit limit
  • Entries for credit given and payments received, with date and note
  • Running balance for each customer
  • Highest dues and longest-pending lists
  • Total outstanding on the home screen
  • Customer statement you can print
  • A supplier khata for what you owe
How it works

From idea to live app in three steps

  1. 1

    Describe your app

Write what you need like you'd explain it to a person — in English or Hinglish. Or start from a ready idea.

  2. 2

    Watch it build

Solaris designs the screens, sets up your data and shows a live preview in a couple of minutes.

  3. 3

    Change it by chatting

“Add a GST column”, “make it blue”, “warn me when stock is low” — just ask. Every change can be undone.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How is this different from ready-made khata apps?

It's your own app: you decide the fields, screens and rules, and you can add billing, stock or staff to the same app later. You can also export its full code anytime.

Will it send payment reminders to customers?

It shows who owes what with their phone number, so following up is quick. It doesn't send SMS or WhatsApp messages by itself.

Is my khata private?

Yes. Business apps are published as private by default — only you can open them after signing in. Data is stored on servers in India and kept separate for each app.

Can I write it in Hindi?

Yes. Describe it in Hindi, English or Hinglish, and ask for the app's screens in the language you prefer.
