Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.

What you create: the ideas and messages you type, the apps you build, and the data you add to your apps.

Payments: what you bought and when. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing problems. For abuse checks (for example, stopping fake referral sign-ups or report spam) we keep only a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of IP addresses — for referrals, for up to 7 days.

Invoices: if you add a business name, GSTIN or state for tax invoices, we print them on your invoices and keep invoices as long as tax law requires.

Reminders: email addresses you add to an app's reminders receive nothing until that person confirms, and every reminder email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

2. Why we use it

To run the service: build and host your apps, send sign-in and verification codes, process payments and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. AI processing

To build and change your apps, what you type and your app's design are sent to the AI provider that powers Solaris AI (for example Anthropic) or to the provider whose key you connected. They process it only to produce the reply. Do not paste passwords or other people's sensitive data into the chat.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run Solaris Builder: our hosting provider (servers in Mumbai, India), Cloudflare (network and security), our email provider, Razorpay (payments) and the AI provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Data in your published apps

If your published app collects information from its own users, you are responsible for that data (you are the data fiduciary for it). We store and process it on your behalf and only to run your app.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except encrypted backups, which expire within a further 35 days, and records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you, by writing to info@teknosage.in. We reply within 30 days.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, API keys you save are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, each published app's data is kept separate, and backups are encrypted.

9. Grievance Officer

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer: Karan Gupta (Founder), info@teknosage.in, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001, India. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
