CA practice desk
Clients, GST & ITR due dates, fees received vs pending.
Build a practice desk for a small CA firm: each client has a name, PAN, GSTIN, phone and the services we handle (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITR, TDS). Track every filing with its due date and status (pending, filed, overdue) and show a dashboard of everything due in the next 7 days across all clients, with overdue filings highlighted in red. Each client page should list filing history and fees billed vs fees received so I know who still owes us.
Stock, GST bills, low-stock alerts for a kirana or retail shop.
Build an inventory and billing app for my retail shop: products have a name, category, purchase price, selling price, GST rate and stock quantity. Making a bill should reduce stock automatically and produce a printable GST invoice with item lines, CGST/SGST and the grand total in rupees. The home screen should show today's sales, items running low (below a level I set per product), and the best-selling items this month.
Patient bookings, today's queue and visit notes for a doctor.
Build an appointment manager for a small clinic: patients have a name, phone, age and gender, and appointments have a date, time slot, doctor and reason for visit. The reception screen should show today's queue in time order with status (waiting, with doctor, done, no-show), and must not allow two patients in the same slot for the same doctor. Each patient should have a visit history with the doctor's notes and the fee collected.
Students, batches, monthly fees and who hasn't paid.
Build a fee and attendance tracker for a coaching centre: students belong to batches (e.g. Class 10 Maths morning batch) with a monthly fee, and each month every student's fee is either paid (with date and mode: cash, UPI) or pending. Show a dashboard with total collected this month, a list of students with pending fees and their parent's phone number, and daily attendance per batch. A student who hasn't paid for two months should be clearly flagged.
Build a digital udhaar khata for my shop: customers have a name and phone number, and I record two kinds of entries for each — 'gave credit' (they took goods on udhaar) and 'got payment'. Each customer's balance must be calculated from these entries, never typed in by hand. The main screen should list customers sorted by how much they owe, show the total outstanding across everyone, and highlight anyone who hasn't paid anything in 30 days.
Menu with photos, timings, location and table bookings.
Build a beautiful website for my restaurant 'Spice Route' in Pune: a hero section with our tagline, a menu grouped by category (starters, main course, breads, desserts) with veg/non-veg markers and prices in rupees, our opening hours, address with a map link, and a gallery. Add a table booking form (name, phone, date, time, number of guests) and an admin page where I can see and confirm bookings and mark menu items as unavailable for the day.
Services, prices and online slot booking for a parlour.
Build a website for my beauty salon with a list of services (haircut, facial, threading, bridal makeup) showing price and duration, our stylists, and customer reviews. Customers should be able to pick a service, a stylist and an available time slot and book it with their name and phone number. Give me an admin view of today's and tomorrow's bookings where I can mark them done or cancelled.
A lovely invite page with events, venue and RSVPs.
Build a wedding invitation website for Priya and Arjun: a warm, elegant home page with the couple's names and date, a schedule of events (haldi, mehendi, sangeet, wedding, reception) with time, venue and dress code, and a venue section with map links. Guests should RSVP with their name, phone, number of people and which events they will attend. Give the family an admin page with RSVP totals per event.
Monthly budget, spending by category, upcoming EMIs.
Build a household expense tracker: record expenses with amount in rupees, category (groceries, school fees, fuel, rent, medical, shopping), date and who paid. Set a monthly budget per category and show how much is left, plus a list of EMIs and bills (home loan, car loan, electricity, insurance) with due dates so I can see what is due this week. Show a simple chart of spending by category for the current month.
Build a quotation maker for a small contractor: create a quote for a customer with line items (description, quantity, unit, rate), choose a GST rate (5, 12, 18 or 28 percent) and calculate the subtotal, GST and total in rupees, including the amount in words. Save every quote with a number and date, mark it accepted or rejected, and let me print it as a clean one-page document with my business name and phone at the top.
Timed multiple-choice quiz with scores and a leaderboard.
Build a fun cricket quiz game: a player enters their name and answers 10 multiple-choice questions about Indian cricket, each with a 15-second timer and instant feedback (green for correct, red for wrong). Faster correct answers score more points. Show a final score screen with a 'play again' button and a leaderboard of the top 10 scores, and let me add or edit questions from an admin page.
Flip cards, match pairs of Indian sweets, beat your best time.
Build a colourful memory match game for kids: a grid of face-down cards hides pairs of Indian sweets (jalebi, ladoo, barfi, gulab jamun, rasgulla, kaju katli) drawn with emoji or simple shapes. Flip two cards per turn; matching pairs stay open, others flip back after a moment. Count moves and time, offer easy (4x3) and hard (4x4) levels, and remember the best score for each level.
