Can I use a barcode scanner?
Most USB barcode scanners type the code like a keyboard, so they work in any search box. Ask for a barcode field on products and scan straight into the billing search.
Can I print bills on my printer?
Bills print through your browser's print option, so any printer connected to your computer or phone works. For small thermal printers, set the paper size in the print settings.
Are the bills GST compliant?
The app calculates GST and prints your GSTIN, HSN codes and the tax split the way you describe. Check the invoice format with your accountant before using it for filing.
Does it need internet?
Yes. Published apps run in the browser and save to your hosted data online, so keep a mobile hotspot handy as a backup.
