“Build an appointment app for my clinic. Patients have name, phone, age and gender. Appointments have date, time slot, doctor and reason for visit. Reception should see today's queue in time order with status: waiting, with doctor, done or no-show. Keep visit notes and the fee collected for each visit.”Use this idea
“Meri clinic ke liye appointment app chahiye — patient ka naam, phone, time slot aur doctor. Reception pe aaj ki line dikhe kaun wait kar raha hai, aur har patient ki purani visits aur fees bhi save rahe.”Use this idea Made for the way you actually work
Book a slot in seconds
Add an appointment from a phone call or a walk-in: patient, phone, doctor, date and time slot. Ask for a warning when a slot is already taken.
A calm reception desk
Today's queue in time order with a status for each patient — waiting, with doctor, done or no-show — so the waiting room keeps moving.
Patient history in one place
Every visit with complaint, notes and fee collected, searchable by name or phone number when the patient comes back.
Private by default
Clinic apps start private: only you can open them. Share a PIN with reception, or ask for a public booking form while the patient list stays yours.
What your app can include
These are the screens and details owners usually ask for. Keep what you need, drop what you don't, and add your own — Solaris builds exactly what you describe.

“Add a GST column”, “make it blue”, “warn me when stock is low” — just ask. Every change can be undone.
Questions, answered
Can patients book an appointment themselves?
Yes. Ask for a booking-request form that patients open from a link you share on WhatsApp or Google Maps. Requests come into your list, and only you can see the patient records.
Who can see patient details?
Clinic apps are published as private by default — only you, after signing in with Solaris. You can switch to a PIN so your reception staff can get in. Data is stored on servers in India, separately for each app.
Will it work for a dental clinic or physiotherapy centre?
Yes. Describe your services — root canal, cleaning, physiotherapy sessions, packages — and Solaris shapes the screens and fields around them.
Is it a certified medical records system?
No. Solaris builds general-purpose apps for appointments and notes. Check that your app meets any rules that apply to your practice before relying on it for medical records.
